A quiet, direct route for consumers who wish to withdraw from an identified confirmed commission where a withdrawal right applies.

Withdraw from a Commission
Use this function if you want to notify VII Creation that you are withdrawing from a confirmed Race Day Film commission and a statutory or agreed withdrawal right is available to you.
You do not need to give a reason. This function is not needed to cancel a preliminary Race Film Request because a Request is not itself a commission contract.

Other ways to withdraw
Where a withdrawal right applies, you can also send a clear statement to bookings@viicreation.com or use the model withdrawal template. You are not required to use this online function.
Confirmation record
The website records the submitted name, email address, commission reference and submission time through Netlify Forms. A durable confirmation workflow should be enabled before VII Creation relies on this online function for contracts concluded entirely through the website.
