A model notice for consumers who wish to withdraw from a distance service contract where the statutory right applies.

When to use this template

This template is provided for consumers who wish to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies to a distance contract with VII Creation. You do not have to use this exact wording; any clear statement can be sufficient.

If you send the notice electronically, keep a copy of the message and the confirmation you receive.

What happens next?

VII Creation will assess the request under the law and the circumstances of the contract. If you expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period, an amount for services already supplied may be due where the law allows it. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be limited.
