About these Terms

These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of viicreation.com and the content made available through it. The website is operated under the name VII Creation, a sole proprietorship established in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms to the extent they apply. These Website Terms are separate from any terms governing a Race Day Film commission.

Changes to the website and these Terms

VII Creation may update, refine, suspend or remove parts of the website, its content or these Website Terms when reasonably necessary. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.

A later website-terms update does not by itself change the terms of a Race Day Film commission that has already been concluded.

Website content and intellectual property

The website and its original content, including its written copy, films, photography, visual design, user interface, graphics, illustrations, logos, marks, HTML, CSS, scripts and other original material, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain owned by VII Creation or the relevant rights holder.

No transfer of copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual-property rights occurs merely because content is visible on the website.

VII name, marks and identity

The names VII, VII Creation and the visual identity used on this website may not be presented in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, authorship, partnership or affiliation with VII Creation.

Third-party names, event marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse and use the website for ordinary personal or business-enquiry purposes. Except where the law permits otherwise or VII Creation gives written permission, you must not:

VII Creation takes reasonable care to keep website information clear and current. Website content can nevertheless change and may contain errors or become outdated.

The appearance of a Race Day Film format, race date, service or indicative price on the website does not guarantee availability or create a reservation. Public “from” prices describe a starting point only; the actual scope, travel, event access and other commission-specific factors are reviewed before a final proposal is made.

Where VII Creation makes a consumer offer that is subject to mandatory price-information rules, the information supplied before the consumer is bound must include the total price and unavoidable charges as required by applicable law.

Third-party services and external links

The website may link to or interact with third-party services such as Instagram, Strava, event organisers or other external websites. VII Creation does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms or privacy practices.

Visiting or using an external service is subject to the terms and policies of that service.

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Website Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you under applicable consumer law. A dispute is brought before the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
